Review:
I was looking forward to this book so much. The bad guy in the first 2 books in the series was going to be redeemed. What's better than that?
Well not this book. This book was horrible, it was an episode of twilight zone! The first 3 books are straight forward contemporary romances. The 4th book has a tiny little bit of fantasy, more like magical realism. But this one was just out of this world, literally! It takes place in purgatory and hell!
There were so many things wrong with this book that I can't even...
The only good thing about it was that it was short!
I'm going to read the next one because another book by this author is one of my all time favorites and I'm going to ignore this one book and move on. But gaaaah I'm disappointed :(

Review: I love this series and hope the authors continues it. In this book we learn more about two of the more mysterious characters in this book; Stephen Norelli, the Episcopalian priest, and Anthony "Tony" Montovanni, the MMA fighter. Both of these characters had a difficult youth. First story where they didn't have a barbecue by the pool. Can't say enough about all the characters living in Mockingbird Place. Love them all as they are like on big nosey and noisy family.

So far this has been a fun and entertaining series. The audiobooks are great. Both narrators do a great job. My favorite character has to be Harry McGlade. He always makes me laugh. Especially the scenes with him and Jack together.

Review:
This is my least book in the series I've read. Well the last 3 because I felt like the series was going in another direction that wasn't conducive to my feelings. I do miss the series alot, and think it's time she got back to her roots. I did like Cella and Lou together. Would love to see them have kids together.

Review:
I truly enjoyed this book. It was a romance between two intelligent people who were trying to make the most out of their circumstances with kindness and humour, and ended up being more blessed than they could have hoped for. The secondary characters were also compelling and helped move the story forward without resorting to undue drama.

So Krissy and Gabriela,
I'm out of town
Yes you can read it but you'll need to state the names of all the shorts. You still need to review it. It met the page requirement so that works

I was about to start that one, good thing I checked the thread.
Which one is acceptable?

This was my least favorite of the series. I hated the control Dennis' parents had over him. He was a grown ass man. Act like it. He should have just explained the entire thing to Raven. He would have helped! So frustrating
I'll be offline for 2 days. I really need to know if one of my books are OK to read before going . Krissy what do you think of my first option?

My review: Okay. This is my second Karin Slaughter book now. I'm seeing a pattern of stupidity towards the end of her books. It doesn't change that this was a really good mystery. More graphic then I usually read, but I dealt with it.
Unlike Triptych, I was okay with the police officers in this book. I kinda had my eye early on the suspects. It turn need our to be one of two. That part was good. He was a freaking creep who got off way to easy in my opinion.
This book does solidify my hatred of small towns with the good ole boys mentality. It's persecute first before finding out the truth.
About the 90% mark, I wanted to slap some sense into Sara. Jeez, did you forget what was happening. I thought this was well written and will definitely continue on with the series.
