Out of all the books I've read the only characters I've really liked are Peeta Mellark from The Hunger Games and Jem Carstairs from The Infernal Devices. Between the two, the winner will be Peeta :) For favorite pair, it will be Everlark (katniss and peeta).

I don't know about you guys, but I always feel like my favorite characters are like my best friends somehow, and I have to read the books regularly to keep myself from missing them. So this sort of thread makes me really happy because I'm all "Yay! Now I get to introduce everyone to my literary best friends:"

Ender Wiggin from Ender's Game. (I don't even know where to start. He's just. Wow. Wouldn't want to date him, but he's amazing.)
Jonah from How to Say Goodbye in Robot. (A recent addition, but definitely one who's there to stay).
Ella from Ella Enchanted (I've loved that book since I was 10).
Jonas from The Giver. (Also loved since I was ten).
Darrow from Red Rising. (Every freakin' person needs to read this book. If you liked Hunger Games or Ender's Game and consider yourself a dystopian fan in any way, you HAVE to read this book. I promise you'll love it.)
Charlotte from The True Confessions of Charlotte Doyle. (Another one of those "I-read-it-when-I-was-10-and-have-reread-it-every-year-since" sort of things...).
Dustfinger from Inkheart. (Read this when I was around 13 and I've loved him ever since. I always knew he was never really evil, but just misunderstood).
