Help! Can anyone remember this Childrens book that was also made into a TV show.....Set in New York City a family lived in an appartment, there were 2 boys, one was called Chuck maybe he was the younger brother and the child the book was about was in Junior School, this was around the 90's........Any help would be greatfully recieved.
