Review: I downgraded this book. From 3 to 2 stars. I think this is the lowest I've rated a book. I don't give 1 stars. I know how acclaimed this series is, and while the first one was alright, it seemed that this whole book was about (view spoiler)[who rode in what car to town... (hide spoiler)] Completely stupid. Also a lot about how (view spoiler)[the children are so unfortunate that it can't be Olaf, when really (obviously) it is... (hide spoiler)] Glad it was a short read. It's over now. I remember the next book being a little better. This one was so boring. Nothing happened in it.

I've read up to the 5th one, but can't really remember them. From what I do remember though, I liked Wide Window more than Reptile Room. More mystery and action than this one.

I enjoyed the entire series when I read a while ago. The further you get in the series the better the plots.
