Thanks for the info - I feel like I am already wasting pages with Wheel of Time. It's funny how time flies except when I am reading WoT. I will move Otherland to the bottom half of my TBR.

I have been eyeing Otherland for a while because I heard good things about it but that makes me reconsider...I tend to not like books where "nothing" happens.
But I was not planning to read it in the next few months anyway.
Is anyone up for reading classics?I'd like to get to these by march 2019:
Down and out in paris and london by george orwell
Animal farm by george orwell
The day of the triffids by john wyndham
And the importance of being earnest by oscar wilde
I just get The Infernal Devices series, would someone be interested in reading it alongside me started in somewhere like October or November ?
I can read Down and Out in Paris and London with you since I have the paperback already. Since my October and November are full, how about December 10th?

Karishma wrote: "@Angela I want to read The Importance of being Earnest next year."Great :) what month would be good for you?
Elinor and I are reading The Gryphonpike Chronicles by Annie Belllet. Finished the first book and starting with the next on Monday. All of them are pretty short.Would anyone like to join?
I'm thinking ahead to next year. Does anyone fancy the following in either Jan or Feb?The Obelisk Gate

I will probably read all except WoK with you, but I refuse to plan for next year!! I need some more free time.
If you get a read planned I'll no doubt jump on at the time though.
Hi @ Charlie. I’m interested to start the Stormlight Archive series next year. Are you planning to read the next books as well or just WoK? As for the timeline, maybe February for WoK?
Charlie wrote: "Yeah I want to read them all. How about feb for WoK part 1 and march for part 2?"I think they're only split into 2 parts in the UK or Europe, Charlie.
Bugger. Id forgotten about that! I guess i can read them both together but that's a hell of a lot of pages. It'll likely be all i can schedule in that month.
Charlie wrote: "Bugger. Id forgotten about that! I guess i can read them both together but that's a hell of a lot of pages. By then I might be up for my fourth read of WoK. It's my favorite novel. And it only took me ten days to finish the first time I read it, Charlie, so you probably won't have an issue getting through it.
Anyone interested in everything is illuminated by jonathan safran foer? I could do november or december!
Yeah Feb is perfect for WoK for me. Shall we say the 1st then I have the whole month to get through it.Also Laura do you fancy Jan 1st for Grey Sister?
So for WoR and Oathbringer also every 1st of month? Or should we give it a 1.5 month gap in between since theyre pretty doorstoppery books haha?
Hello there!I'm looking for someone to buddy read with any of these books:
Charmed Life + the rest of the series
Red Sister
The Lost World & Other Stories
Is anyone interested? :)
@Johana - I just bought Red Sister and need to read it before the end of this year. So I'm up for a BR.
@Johana, I'm also up for Red Sister. Since there's a Grey Sister BR Jan 1st, how about we do Red Sister Dec 1st?
Laura wrote: "@Johana - I just bought Red Sister and need to read it before the end of this year. So I'm up for a BR."Replying to various replies at the same time :)
@Laura, @Laura Tenfingers and @Katie: That's awesome! I'm fine for doing Red Sister on 1 Dec. Since this is my first time doing this, 'doing this book on 1 Dec' would mean starting it on that date, right? And reading it together, chatting about it, etc., during the month of December?
It'd be great to then join the Grey Sister BR in the new year, if the series is any good.
Let me know if the start date suits everyone, then we can do that request thingy :)
Sorry, just realised we're doing WoK in Feb not Jan so should we do WoR on March 15th and Oathbringer April 20th?
I'll join Red Sister Dec 1st. Then join Grey Sister in January. :)Barry and I have decided to start the Farseer Trilogy with Assassin's Apprentice on January 25th, then continue one a month. Would anyone like to join?
I'd like to do the whole realm of the elderling with breaks between each series.

Johana, as for the BR, yup we would start on the day you reccommend. That doesn't always work mind you with other BR people are in or just life stuff. But everyone is pretty chill in the forums ^^
Everyone kinda reads at their own pace and then posts things in the message board when they see fit. It helps to post what chapter you are on and use spoiler tags to keep things spoiler free for everyone :) But that's kinda the basics, yeah :)
PS I had some time so I asked for the mods to add the book for December since it seemed to work out for everyone here :)
