I have moved Christodora: A Novel to Tim^^Murphy.

I have not yet touched the congressman's books, but I am moving all of Tim^^^Murphy (Flannel John)'s books, adding covers and will combine where appropriate.

OK...the congressman Timothy F. Murphy's books have his name as Tim Murphy on the cover. He is Tim^^^^Murphy.
