Hearts are heavy waiting on shelf.
Feels like the boot of the republic hard upon neck.

Please cease our suffering and deliver SHELF. Deliver it for Sura, Varro & Mira, Oenomaus...for Crixus!

Debbie's Spurts (D.A.) | 2179 comments So, for "supified" will Damsel Under Stress (Enchanted, Inc., #3) by Shanna Swendson work? Has Fairy Godmother using wand and the shapeshifting frog.

If not, how about this one with werewolf in wolf form in the background: Kitty Raises Hell (Kitty Norville, #6) by Carrie Vaughn .

message 174: by Belinda (new)

Belinda | 801 comments Not sure if this works: Dark Serpent (Celestial Battle , #1) by Kylie Chan

message 184: by D.G. (last edited Jun 08, 2014 04:02AM) (new)

D.G. | 2752 comments Hi Sandra -Would you check some covers for me?

I think the first 4 work:
The Dirty Streets of Heaven (Bobby Dollar, #1) by Tad Williams - angel with wings
Club Monstrosity (Monstrosity, #1) by Jesse Petersen - vampire and wolfman
The Cloud Roads (Books of the Raksura, #1) by Martha Wells - creature with wings (the book description says he's a shapeshifter)
The Shattered Sylph (Sylph, #2) by L.J. McDonald - glowing eyes and sort of wings in the background

But what about these two?
Darkness, Kindled (Fire Spirits, #4) by Samantha Young - mc flying coming out the red mist (she's a jinn and that's how they move around)
Deadlocked (Sookie Stackhouse, #12) by Charlaine Harris - there are tiny wolves below...don't know if they are too small to count

message 185: by Sandra, Kindle Operator Licence Required (new)

Sandra | 25912 comments D.G. they all work :)

Allegiance (Penton Legacy, #4) by Susannah Sandlin

message 191: by Sandra, Kindle Operator Licence Required (new)

Sandra | 25912 comments Ordinarily I'd say no, but I doubt anyone else could get that stick glowing, so yes :)

message 192: by Jenne (new)

Jenne (jennetheinstigator) | 1179 comments Awesome thanks!

message 193: by D.G. (new)

D.G. | 2752 comments I'm loving the book I picked for this shelf - The Cloud Roads (Books of the Raksura, #1) by Martha Wells . This is the second book I've read for Bingo which have been on my TBR for a couple of years and which I've enjoyed a lot.

Oh well, at least it gives me hope that a lot of the books on my TBR are as good. :)

message 194: by Sandra, Kindle Operator Licence Required (new)

Sandra | 25912 comments Yay D.G.!!!!! Always a bonus to discover something great you already had :D

message 195: by D.G. (new)

D.G. | 2752 comments Sandra wrote: "Yay D.G.!!!!! Always a bonus to discover something great you already had :D"

I know! When that happens I feel a mixture of happiness and regret. Happiness because I'm reading a really good book and regret because I didn't start it sooner!

I really hope this book will get me into a fantasy mood. I've been into other genres for the last year or so and I feel there's been a lot of awesome fantasy just gathering dust in my TBR.

message 196: by AH (new)

AH | 2271 comments I try to find something on the TBR or a series to continue for Bingo as well. Of course, when I realized that I ran out of World of the Lupi books, I ran to the book store to buy one. It helped that they had a coupon day. Now am anxiously waiting to fit that one in so I'll be all caught up on that series.

message 197: by Sandra, Kindle Operator Licence Required (new)

Sandra | 25912 comments Yeah AH next one is due out in a few months :)

message 198: by Josie (new)

Josie | 1967 comments Would Stone Guardian (Entwined Realms, #1) by Danielle Monsch work? I think he's a gargoyle!

message 199: by Sandra, Kindle Operator Licence Required (new)

Sandra | 25912 comments Yes, Josie, the wings are a dead giveaway :)

message 200: by Josie (new)

Josie | 1967 comments Lol thanks Sandra - for some reason I wasn't sure if a gargoyle counted as a supernatural being! I guess turning into stone isn't an everyday occurrence... :P
