Haha good one. The one that gets me in all of Sanderson's books is when people 'pause' - even when they're doing nothing but listening to someone else monologue. Doesn't happen all that often, but it jumps out at me when it does :D

The only thing that got me (that I remember) in Rithmatist is when Joel was eating his ice cream. That was perhaps an excessively long description. But then, it got the point across...

But of course, what we all love about Sanderson is his fantastic grasp on the overall :)
