Bethany wrote: "I feel dumb. How do I send a mod a picture?"No need to feel dumb - it's not obvious at all. In fact, goodreads makes sure it's convoluted :P
① Screenshot the finished puzzle, trim the photo down if you like
② Upload it to a free image hosting service (tinypic or the like)
③ Send the image url to the mods (double check to make sure it works!) or if you're feeling adventurous embed it using the img src tag

Aaaaah I want to claim one of those but I'm nowhere near done with either of my current tasks. *reading intensifies*
Ray (user2637) wrote: "ANOTHER musician main character. blerg."I can probably figure this one out... IF I can get through my current 2 books in a reasonable time.
Although I do have those two long flights next week...
I'll take 9A - I've been meaning to read
:)eta: What the heck, I'll take 9D, too - the lead in
is a drummer. I'm hit and miss with this author so there's a chance I'll DNF, but it should be obvious pretty soon.
Raven/Zuri wrote: "I can take 9E, I am reading scarlet write now"Raven, which book are you referring to? I don't see a scarlet book in your current reads :/
Raven/Zuri wrote: "I forgot to put it in my current reads, just put it in"Aha, I see! 9E is all yours :) Hmmm, maybe we could put it in 9B - Scarlet is a color, after all!
Raven/Zuri wrote: "I can read cinder, which is the first book in the series fr 9E"Are you sure you don't want to read them in order? Tell you what, pick which task you'd like to do first and we'll put you down for it :) I would hate it if you didn't like the series and felt compelled to continue because you signed up for two tasks!
Raven/Zuri wrote: "I am a fast reader and its fine"Alright, then! :) When you finish follow the instructions here (on the first page of this thread) and let us know you're done. Read on, read on! :)
So, I had the genius idea to look for some Title Relay books on the Travel Agent list and .... *drumroll* ... not a SINGLE BOOK on the TA shelf chains to another book!!! I even included our other banked books. WHAT!?!? sigh. Here are the TA books that are #1 in the series. Maybe we can start a chain off of one of these...?
A Court of Thorns and Roses (A Court of Thorns and Roses, #1)
Fifty Shades of Grey (Fifty Shades, #1)
In the Middle of Somewhere (Middle of Somewhere #1)
Wicked Ride (Realm Enforcers, #1)
How to Train Your Dragon
Northern Lights (His Dark Materials, #1)
Curious Minds (Knight and Moon, #1)
2D is all yours!Lory wrote: "Fixed ella enchanted date. For the purple cover, how purple does it need to be?"
What I don't get is why there are 3 separate books- I mean, this was so short, they could just make the whole thing a book with 3 parts. Although, it has a good selling point- especially because the first one is free, it's quite likely you'll go back and buy the next installment.Bethany wrote: "Pragya wrote: "Completed:

I think that's exactly it. Like drug dealers! But with books. ;)Pragya wrote: "Although, it has a good selling point- especially because the first one is free, it's quite likely you'll go back and buy the next installment."

I can't claim anything else at this point but I down loaded it to my Kindle and will read it for sure since you have me all intrigued. 8-)

We're so close to finishing so many labors, yea! :)
I just finished this book - so. good.
Why God Is a Woman by Nin Andrews
112 pages
September 22nd
No task at the moment
To clarify: this is a book of prose poetry. It is a) over the minimum page count, b) not a "little children's book", and c) free of pictures so it counts for Wobble. The poems read more like (super) short stories than poems, too. :)
Right!? It's almost like it was planned that way...hmmm... I took Replica out, heh, was rushing to finish the list while my guy waiting to watch a show with me. :)Kazen wrote: "Not a single one?! Finished:
Every Heart a Doorway by Seanan McGuire
176 pgs
22Sep
Bonus 1A
4 stars!! A little predictable but good. Thanks, Bethany, for the recommendation. I heart Kade!
Kudos! :) sounds interesting, I shall TBR it. Kazen wrote: "I just finished this book - so. good.

or another book that starts with "places"...?
Bonus 7:Ive read the Sarah J. Mass with the Assassins blade as the first one. Don't know if that counts but also on Empire of Storm and 10 chapters left.
Assassins Blade
Throne of Glass
Crown of Midnight
Heir of Fire
Queen of Shadows

Hello Miranda and Charlotte! To be perfectly honest I'm a bit confused - this is not a jump-in challenge, sadly, and teams were set some time ago. Perhaps you've found yourselves in the wrong thread? If you're new to NBRC there are tons and tons and TONS of other challenges and things to do though - this page is a great place to start. Hope to see you in other threads around the group! :D

Wow, what a list, and with banked books to boot! This rocks :)
eta: Of course if it doesn't work out it doesn't work out, but even getting this far is crazy amazing.
I've started Places No One Knows. It's pretty good. I'll probably finish it, if no one minds me doing that spot in the relay. There seem to be a ton of books that end with Places, but not many that begin with Places!
Sweet! I've started Woman in the Dark. If someone else has a #1 in series book ending in "why", feel free to jump in at the beginning. If not, I'll read that one next. :)Bethany wrote: "I've started Places No One Knows. It's pretty good. I'll probably finish it, if no one minds me doing that spot in the relay.

Another idea would be if there were any team members left that wanted to read never never...we could start with that...and some one read part two or three for the second book...we'ld have to find a book that started with two or three...that might be a challenge.

I am 80% done with my current book and the one after that is fairly short too so I will get to it over the weekend if that helps. 8-)
