The first two books in the series were okay. I really only read them to make my dad happy. I only decided to read the third one because I'm not one to leave a series unfinished. It was amazing though. I thought it would be a book that would take me forever to read due to lack of excitement. However, it's one of the best books I have ever read. It was way better than the first two and every book after just gets better and better. It's a book that's almost impossible to put down and I recommend the series to everyone, even though you have to get through the first two to get to the phenomenal ones.

I agree wirh you. I struggled through the first book and I'm happy I stuck with it. The series gets better as it goes and has now become my second favorite series.
