As for requests, maybe something strange or bizarre, so we can get a lot of very different impressions? Or busy, busy would do the same thing. Cluttered? That kinda thing? *shrugs*

Read:
1.

It's great Christian RS dealing with controversial topics, full of suspense and action and very realistic. It's nothing fluffy or sugar coated it's just as life is. One moment I was laughing at a sentence and the next page I was crying and still couldn't stop reading. If I didn't have to load my iPad and take a soak in the tube (and finish my original reading project) I would have finished this book in one go: 6 out of 5 stars and I'm looking forward to see if I like the other books by this author as well :-)
2.

The book very interesting but not exceptional and it still needs urgently some proof reading (if even I see the mistakes regarding incorrect words, word order or tenses and those are my weaknesses in English). I still learned some new words (love it all the time) and had the feeling the language was above the average street level English.
I loved both main characters and appreciated it very much the clues were enough to figure out who the perp was if I really wanted about half way through the book but because I concentrated more on language and general story line I found it out much later and had the fun of guessing much longer :-) I think I'll still rate it 4 stars just becuse it was such and light and entertaing book regardless of all the short-comming.
3.

The short story was just strange. I'm really glad it wasn't longer I'm not sure I had otherwise the patience to finish it. I'm still not sure how to rate it. Most likely I'll just live the star rating blank since I'm varying from zero to three. All in all it was not my cup of tee. I didn't like the characters, had trouble to deal with the stylistic devices. I could immagine they could work in a full length novel pretty well though in my opinion didn't make sense in a short story.
The only think I really enjoy was the nice twist shortly before the end (view spoiler) .
To Read:

That would be a pretty easy choice and I might actually complete the challenge - LOL!

I had two different book covers come to mind when I saw this picture.
1) Major Lord David
2) The Island of Ted
1) Major Lord David
2) The Island of Ted

Finished this one today...the Hawaii historical culture was interesting, but I didn't really enjoy the book overall.

This month is really fun and it was not hard at all to find books to the immage. So far I like also both books!

Finished my pick....I thought it was a well written account of the times and I liked the vivid detail of Cuba and Miami
I finished my book for this challenge. I think it's the third time I've read
.
I think I pull it out whenever I need a yellow cover :)
