Pia, Honeysuckle will definitely work!
Cait, it looks like the middle TV's screen is a square so you're.. squared up and ready to go. Oh, puns.

Great! Thanks

Would the wheel on the bus qualify as a circle? (I tried the color option first, but there is a little grey in the cover)
Also, I'm assuming a book of short stories (all different authors) is ok for option 4?
The Best American Mystery Stories of the Century
Fun task!

It has the circle saying 20th anniversary and also has a moon in the picture that looks like a circle. Thanks

Sheila, the seal definitely works for circle!

Both of them are good, Wanda."
Thanks
I do not quite understand your reply. What was it that you wished you had included in the task infor? Was it not to include the letter 'A" or books that have children in the genre?

TinEye Labs says that the dark blackish color on the cover is Blue Chocolate Blue.
Meanwhile,

is disqualified because TinEye Labs says it is 1.2% Seal Brown Black.

That's what I was afraid of ;) How about for the Readerboard name option? (I was going to go for L in Lorraine as an alternative to the flower name)

Sorry. Yes. I did not make that a part of the task so you are good to use it

Yes,that works

Absolutely! That looks really interesting too, I hope you enjoy it!

Option 3= Rose Under Fire (flower= rose)
Option 6= House Arrest Readerboard name= Nicole OH (IL rating = MG+)

Summer is all about beauty, right? Let's celebrate summer the right way and make a painting (abstract, of course!) to make things a little prettier.
This is a two book task. Choose two of the options below to show what you would want on your painting!
Required: State which two options you chose when you post.
Option One | Crazy Colors
Almost every abstract painting you see has crazy colors! To put crazy colors on your painting, read a book that has ONLY colors from the rainbow on the cover. No black, white, or gray allowed. For the purposes of this task, the colors will be determined by the TinEye Color Extractor. To use the color extractor, right click on a cover image (or 2 finger pad click for Mac), choose "copy image address," and paste the URL into the box on the TinEye website. If you see the words black, white, or grey as a base color on the color palette, the book will not work for this option.
Ex:
Required: If you choose option one, you must include the cover of the book when you post.
Option Two | Crazy Shapes
What would abstract painting be without a few shapes? To put crazy shapes on your painting, read a book that has a square, circle, or heart on the cover.
Ex:
Required: If you choose option two, you must also include the cover of the book when you post.
Option Three | Flowers
Everyone loves flowers, right? Right! To put flowers on your painting, read a book that has a flower name in the title.
Option Four | People
Why wouldn't you want to paint a person? There's plenty of them around. You're one, after all! To put people on your painting, read a book that has more than one author.**
Option Five | Doodle
There comes a time when there's nothing you can do but doodle. To doodle on your painting, read a book where the author's first and last name initials can be found in DOODLEPAINTING.
Option Six | Signature
Every great artist has got to sign his or her painting! To put your signature on your painting, read a book in which the first letter/number of the first word in the title matches any letter/number in your Readerboard name. All title words count.
Optional: Share an abstract painting that has your elements on it! You can't call it yours, but it's close!
**Only authors that are identified as authors (or a default blank in the author role field), co-authors, or contributors may be used for tasks involving author information. Other roles or functions such as editor, illustrator, artist, translator, introduction, designed by, foreward, preface, assistant or afterword may not be used for author-sourced tasks. Ask about other roles identified in a Goodreads record in the season's General Questions help thread.
