SOLVED. looking for book about a pedophile guy that has his eye on 5 sisters. one has Down syndrome. [s]

I don't really remember too much other than it was more of a young adult/adult book. it was definitely an older book. I read this about 5 years ago, but the book was well worn. the book was paperback and the guy always referred to the girl with down syndrome as a potato face. also I believe the book kept switching perspectives from the guy to (at least) one of the sisters, but I could be mistaken.
