This takeover will be handled just like the "booths" for the Brain to Books Cyber Convention. Build your thread only when you are scheduled to appear so your thread stays at the top for your hour.

If you want to post images during your hour, here is the HMTL code you will need to insert images and hyperlinks. Let me know if you need help :) I strongly recommend you prepare your post before hand so you can just copy/cut/paste it into the thread when your hour begins!

I recommend building the posts then leaving them there. When your turn comes up, you can just plug in the code from the "B2BCyCon Back Stage" group to this group. :)

PLEASE NOTE:

This is a trial run! I'm actually using this event to do a test run for the Brain to Books Cyber Convention 2017. In short, we're slightly changing our format for the Fairgrounds and I need to know what it feels and looks like.

I need you to ask questions no matter how tedious! This tells me where the problems are and how to fix them prior to #B2BCyCon 2017.

I need you to make requests! This allows me to fulfill author's needs prior to the #B2BCyCon 2017.

I need you to request any and all help aids you may want/need for this event!

What isn't handled during this event, will most likely come up next March when I won't have the time to address it.
