SPOILER! This book is a conservative modern romance. She is overweight and loses her virginity to her bestfriend. Afterwards she hears him making fun of her downstairs at the party with his friends. She leaves for college the next day and doesn't see him again till she comes back one to two years later. He has slept with pretty much every woman in town and hasn't gotten over her. When he sees her he starts to try and win her back. While they are building their relationship someone starts murdering all the women he has been with, it ends up being this girl who was the mean girl in highschool who got pregnant with him and miscarried and has mental issues that were hidden by her father. If anyone knows the name of this book that would help lots.
