Looking for books with reactions to the couple.

First time posting in this group!

I just LOVE it when you see family/friends/strangers react to the news that the heroine is dating/mated/married/pregnant to the shapeshifter/alien/vampire or whatever the hero is. It doesn't have to be a positive or negative reaction but some sort of shock is a must.
It's a plus if the book have at least one good sex scene and is a HEA. Cheating or OW is a a big no no. Many such scenes are often rushed through or just mentioned, but I like them long and detailed.

(The League) by Sherrilyn Kenyon fits in this category I think. with the warriors and different 'aliens' came to mind immediately

Well I've read Born of Night now, and I liked it and really liked some of the reactions scenes even if non of those were the kind of scene I am looking for. Are there more of those kind of scenes in the other of The League books?

I've read almost all of the Night Huntress series and it have just the kind of scene I'm talking about. But thanks anyway for the suggestion :-D

The only thing I can think of is Sherrilyn Kenyons Dark Hunters. Some of them mind you, not all.

To ensure that I'm not utterly disappointed, can you point me to a Dark Hunter book to start with? I'm not very picky with reading books in order.

The first book is Fantasy Lover.

After that is Night Pleasures. They are fun in the beggining because one of a pair of twins is a vampire hunter and the other is a sceptic. Thus the relationship reveal is quite interesting. I hope you enjoy them. I ALL if SK's books; have read all of her series.
