Ok, so I am sorry if this has been asked a few (thousand) times but I've hit a wall. I can't take full on BDSM at the moment so I've resorted to other alpha type books.

I am and always will be in love with Beautiful Disaster

I love the jealousy, over protective, the fights and the angst between the H & H.
And when I search books similar to it, it seems I've already read all that comes up.
I will list a few more books that I love, if you know of anything similar to any of them please suggest them too me. I need a new read with a hot alpha jealous, protective and fighting for his girl. ANGST. fights and heartache and getting back together or fighting to get back with.

Sarah - Have you read Bethany-Kris' "Filthy Marcellos" series? I read Lucian first (was my fav.!), then Dante (a close 2nd), then Giovanni (the youngest bro.). They each are stand-alones with a HEA featuring VERY alpha, jealous H's & feisty h's (who doesn't make it easy for them!) lol. Logic tells me to urge you to read them in order, but I don't regret reading Lucian first. Ghost, as he was called, would make James Bond blush with shame! All the these mafioso bros., of course, make appearances in the books.

Next up, her The Chicago War series. These you really MUST read in order. Each one also focuses on just one MC but there is an on-going mafia feud/sub-characters you need to keep track of to fully understand character/plot development. Btw, both these series are currently on Kindle Unlimited! May not be for long. It's easy to sign up for one month & cancel, btw. She's got a new series in the works...co-writing with London Miller, another great mafia romance author.

Nancy Haviland's "Wanted Man" series sounds right up your alley, as well. They also are stand-alones but I do suggest you read them in order.

Cora Reilly's "Bound by Honor" series is also great. Also, HEA stand-alones focused on one couple, but again I would read them in order.

If you want over the top, I'm mafia and not ashamed of it romance, J.J. MacAvoy's Ruthless People MUST be read in order and follows the relationship Mel & Liam. They marry to unite their mafioso families. She's the toughest heroine I've ever come across. At their first meeting, he tries to put her in her place & they have a verbal & physical smackdown. Yeah, she beats him up! It doesn't take him long to fall for her and do anything to protect her.

Sarah - Here's some of my reviews to give you a more in-depth view. Btw, I'm actually quite picky about my mafia romances. #1 rule..Have to like/respect the MC. A lot of mafia romances feature characters, IMHO, that don't deserve a HEA! lol I don't like needless/pointless violence in my mafia reads & it has to feature an alpha male who is all about protecting his h..no cheating.

Yes, it can be read without reading wild dreams first. Personally I thought Golden Dynasty was the best one in the series.

I would really recommend the after series by Anna Todd, it's my all time favourite book series! And I had just the same problem that you have, after reading "After", until I found beautiful disaster!
