I wasn't planning on reading this trilogy, but heard a lot of good things about it. I actually liked it, but then again I enjoy Riordan's books.

Hehe,
It happens I once started a book and got half way before I realised I read it before. I had COMPLETELY forgot about it, it was just a meeh book.

I finished
4 stars, it was a fun fictional read about a historical coupleFinished
3 stars I wish I could have liked this one more, but its just wasn't my thing sadly. The first half was pretty good, but it went downhill in the 2nd half.
4.5 stars, loved this, it was so good! So happy I'm meeting the author this weekend :)Next I'm reading
and

I just finished the final Narnia book over the weekend -- I found it a really disappointing ending for a pretty solid series. In brighter news, I'm enjoying

And then I can get to
and
!
I'm finally reading
, and absolutely loving it! I've read her Shatter Me books, except the new one, and am glad I picked this up. I think when I am done I am going to read
.

I rated it a 4 star read once I was done, just because of its pacing, but otherwise I enjoyed it. I bought Heart of Iron because I had read Geekerella last year and loved it.

Elora wrote: "Oh fun! Let me know how it is!!!"SO GOOD.
If I had issues with things in the books, I had the same issues with the movie but overall it was a really solid adaptation and I'm excited to see it again :D Aech is my faaaaaaaaaaaaaave <3

I just finished
, am now reading the sequel
. The first book in the duology is amazing, and am thinking I am in a roller coaster ride for the sequel.
I just picked up Green Rider by Kristen Britain and just finished Empire or Storms by Sarah J. Maas.
Elora wrote: "I just started Dread Nation and I love it!!! Only a few pages in and it’s so unique."Yaaaaay!
I just finished
and really liked it. Sirens, pirates and witty banter.Still plugging through
I like it, but I stopped not just at the end of a chapter, but also the end of a part, and I'm having a hard time getting myself back into it.
And I finally saw Ready Player One and really liked it.And I'm happy to say that I FINALLY saw Black Panther. I just couldn't get the time to go see it in the theatre, but was able to snag a copy for myself. And oh. my. gosh. It is a gorgeous piece of work. The storyline is tight; the pacing impeccable. Forget the rest of the Avengers, I want more Wakanda. ;)
Now if only I could love comic books and graphic novels as much as I love books.....
No worries Elora, after Black Panther I immediately picked up a comic book and had to put it down because it lost me as soon as it started. I need to find a solid origin story so I have a foundation and I hate when writers start a comic series without some kind of beginning.PS: BOTH THOSE MOVIES ARE SO GOOD <33
Re: Dread Nation, (view spoiler) It didn't bore me, but it was very different from what I'd read up to that point, but after a few chapters I was right back into not-putting-it-down mode.
