This story happens all in 1 night. A group of teenagers go to a house in the neighborhood where a mother and son live. They don't go outside and the son is afraid of people because of the things his mom has told him. The teenagers dare each other to go to the door and the son starts to shoot at them. There is a set of sisters and another girl and boy and they are in an SUV.

I read this between 2012-2014. I think that the two girls that are sisters don't get along real well and the one tagged along for the night. One of the sisters it dating the guy in the book who drove them to the house.
