Teri-K There's a Peter Marshall was born in Scotland and was a Presbyterian minister and Chaplain of the US Senate. He lived from 1902 to 1949. He was married to the writer Catherine Marshall, and A Man Called Peter: The Story of Peter Marshall is about him. He also co-wrote Mr Jones, Meet the Master and I believe Best of Peter Marshall is from his writing.

I don't think he's the Peter Marshall on this page, who wrote about American history, as the dates don't work: https://www.goodreads.com/author/show...

Anyone who wants to sort out the mess will be appreciated. :)
