The guy kills a girl in the beginning of the book and kidnaps her friend who comes to the house when he is done cleaning up. He starts following another girl and falls for her as he has the other one in a room underneath his garage. The cops keep coming to his house to question him. The girl he kidnapped wants to help the kidnapper get other girls. I think the name is just one word and the cover is white with like red veins on it.
