SOLVED. She is born, created to replace a specific person if they should die. [s]

This is not a book I've read but, a book that I read the description of. Now I can not find this book it's not on any of my list and I have no idea why it's not on my list. I am asking for your help to find it.

I think the girls name maybe Erica but I'm not positive. The book is about a girl I'm not sure if she's born or clone or created. But her whole point is to be a replacement if this other girl passes away. If the other girl should pass away her memories would be put into the second girl and she is supposed to forget anything that happened before the memories are put in her, but she does not. She can remember both her memories and the memories of the person she is supposed to be now. Basically all of whoever they are is wiped when they become the replacement of the person who died , and they are supposed to become and Feel and act and remember and live as the person who died but for some reason the main character of the story does not.
