Yeah, I noticed that too. :/ I can change the number (add the 4), save it, but it won't change. Or maybe it's got something to do with the caching (meaning it's being processed to appear later), but that's not my domain.
It is possible that there might be a limit to the number of characters that can be added in the box on the series pages. I replaced ',space' with '/' between the numbers, and 7.4 is showing as the last number for this book.
