That's great, thanks Francis. I was reading Anthony's other book last night and enjoying it.
It's not a big deal to read the books in the "wrong" order, if anyone needs to do that.

Hmm, tough choice. I stupidly decided I'd like to learn to dive when I was living in England. The open water dive was a trip to a man- made lake in Wales that was once an old quarry. Visibility 0 feet. Decided that diving was over-rated.

Thanks Ronesa. I would have dearly have loved to have included Steve's letters to Mum. But she destroyed them, partly because she moved countries so often and because as she didn't want my dad to find them. If I didn't make this clear in the book, I do apologise.
