I went to the dentist today for a check up. Scraped off a bit of tartar (ouch), declared all well and then charged me $75. As I said to mum, I suppose that's better than $175 and a drill & fill, with added pain.

I decided a reward was in order so I checked out the nearby Vinnies and got Time Travelling with a Hamster for $2

I finally gave in and ordered Look For Me by Lisa Gardner from Booktopia as I haven't been able to get it from Big W, Target or KMart around here - and it arrived today :)

I bought a couple of books today. Firstly, to get ready for April, I forked out way more than my usual Amazon limit for The Tea Gardens by Fiona McIntosh. Don't worry, it didn't break the bank. Then I popped into The Book Grocer to pick up She Will Build Him a City, which Michael had brought to my attention after his recent Melbourne visit.
