Started my Xmas shopping on Saturday (very impressive early start for me) by buying this for my husband
We are still lucky enough to have some lovely Independent Book stores down here & I do like to support them when I can, but what can you do when the book store has this book "on sale" for $40 (save $5) & you walk around the corner probably less than 200 meters to Target & they have it $25 normal price. That's quite a difference that my budget sadly cant ignore.
In the mail today:from Text, a couple by Elizabeth Haynes: Human Remains and Revenge Of The Tide
from Echo, a new series for me to add to my challenge:
Olmec Obituary and Mayan Mendacity by L.J.M. Owen
:))
I requested three from NetGalley and have been approved for all :)
Daughter of the Murray by Darry Fraser
Walking the Line by Mandy Magro
MacKenzie’s Crossing by Kaye Dobbie
All Aussie authors :)
