A great day today! Not only did I get a pleasant surprise from Allen & Unwin, notifying me that I’ve won a copy of Trust, but my Amazon order also arrived! It’s a hard copy edition of The Golden Maze by Richard Fidler. I can barely lift it 😂

USA postage is really bad, a book I ordered took just over 2 months also. It spent most of that time in the US going by the tracking.

Gloria, you are correct. I ordered a quilt kit from the US. Posted April, arrived September- 5 months most of which was sitting in a facility in Chicago.

😂 Yes not something that immediately appealed to me but we are buying sets of books for Literature Circles and I have to read it considering if the kids will like it. I hated Fangirl but we bought a set and the kids loved it.
