25.6 - Robin ♥'s Task: Melts in Your Mouth, Not in Your Hands

Sorry, Valerie that one won't work.
The way the task is written, I must be able to see head to waste or full body.

Yep that will work as long as it is fiction and meets all other src guidelines :)

Thanks!"
Yep that works as long as it meets src guidelines for manga/graphic novels ☺

Yes as long as it meets src guidelines for manga AND it has the genre children's on it's main page so make sure you follow src guidelines using AR bookfinder to get the il designation info
Any book that has "childrens" or "kids" listed as a genre on its main page MUST be validated in the following manner:
a) The book MUST be found on AR BookFinder and/or AR BookFinder UK. ISBNs may be entered.
b) Books with an Interest Level (IL) designation of LG are NOT allowed for points in the SRC. The AR BookFinder UK equivalent for LG is LY.
c) Books that have an IL designation of MG+ or UG may be used with no restrictions (other than general SRC and specific task requirements). The AR BookFinder UK equivalent for UG is UY. However, you must state the IL designation when you post the book.
d) Books that have an IL designation of MG MUST ALSO have a BL of 5.0 (or higher) AND AR Pts of 7.0 (or higher). The AR BookFinder UK equivalent for MG is MY.

All AR Bookfinder information including scores MUST be posted when the book is claimed for points or no points will be awarded (You can copy the AR BookFinder ratings)
ex. Anne of Green Gables by L.M. Montgomery
IL: MG - BL: 7.3 - AR Pts: 17.0
e) If a book is clearly an adult book, but has "childrens" or "kids" listed as a main page genre and is not listed on AR Bookfinder, you may ask for it to be verified as an adult book in Not Kids Verification You must include that the book has been verified as having a special exception by including the post number or google document line approval when you post in Completed Tasks.

Yep it should - ~150 pages and no one has it listed as kids/childrens *knocks wood* :)

No problem! Thanks!

Yep, I will accept that Dee I can see his face there in the shadow and definitely can tell he is male.....a pretty sexy one at that :)
Enjoy your reading!!!!

Sorry Dee that one won't work......the way the task is written, I must be able to see from the head down to the waist or full body with obvious facial/body features

Hi Donna Jo........yep that will work :) Enjoy!!!!

I feel this would work for plain or peanut for Option 3.
Thoughts? (I still haven't decided which are my favorite because I pretty much love every M&M- haha)

Yes that would work for A-3 or B-3......it does have children's as a main page genre so make sure you check AR book finder (link below) to ensure the book meets SRC rules:
c) Books that have an IL designation of MG+ or UG may be used with no restrictions (other than general SRC and specific task requirements). The AR BookFinder UK equivalent for UG is UY. However, you must state the IL designation when you post the book.

ETA: M & M has some new flavors by the way :) We just got them in at work this week Honey Nut, Coffee Nut, and Chili Nut. I love just about all flavors of M&Ms too EXCEPT the crispy ones(YUCK)

You are more than welcome!!! Just trying to keep you off the Wall of Shame :)

Sorry but no it isn't........the way the task is written I need to be able to see from head to waist :( For this one I can see head to mid chest.

Ok thanks

Sorry I am going to have to say no to this one because I can't see any obvious facial or body features to say that it is a female.

Yep that works Julia!!! That looks like a good book :) Probably be adding it to my TBR!!!
Enjoy.

Yes, you may use that book.......In the FAQ's thread this is the SRC rule pertaining to your question.
I. If a task requires me to read a book on a list, do I have to read the exact format or edition that’s on the list? For the Group Reads books, do I have to read the exact format or edition linked in the task?
No. When you have to read a book from a list, or for a Group Reads, you can read any format (audiobook, ebook, paperback, hardback) and any edition you choose. If the entry on a list is a box set, you cannot substitute an individual book from the set, and if the book on the list is in a series, you cannot substitute a different book in the series.

Thanks!

Rosemary: The Hidden Kennedy Daughter

It probably will NOT work ... because it is non-fiction, and the task creator specified that all books must be fiction.

Thanks!"
Yep that one works!!! I have that one on my TBR and hope that it is going to be as good as
