A police affidavit quotes a witness as saying she saw Nunez knock Wisham to the ground and then pummel him with her fists.
This would have had to be some pummelling, unless he had a medical condition that contributed.

Personally, I think this is redonkulous Woman alleges she was 'sexually assaulted' by Wee Wee toy in hibachi restaurant

Oh for God's sake. Get over it, lady. And you think 13 or 14 year olds haven't seen thing far, far more explicit than a plastic water squirtle every single day on TV, the Internet, and their phones? Puh-lease. Have you ever been to Tumblr? Not to mention - this really gets your panties in an uproar? Seriously?
George Zimmerman back in the news.

And, yeah, the guy who clobbered him has WAYNE in his name.

This article explains that decades after Dean Corll left Indiana to live closer to his mom in Texas, a man living at Corll's old Indiana address found what looks like a human femur buried in the crawlspace. I, personally, am prepared to jump to the conclusion that it is another victim, not just because Corll lived there, but because the address is in Fort WAYNE.

The doctrine of chances allows evidence to show that it is unlikely a defendant would be repeatedly, innocently involved in similar, suspicious circumstances.
Interesting when you consider they aren't allowed to bring in past bad acts but I can see the difference.

Linky? What an interesting piece of legal hairsplitting.
Article from last year: http://www.clarionledger.com/story/ne...
"In November, Louisiana's 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the trial court "did not abuse its vast discretion" when it ruled in March that prosecutors could introduce evidence of these disappearances.
While courts generally bar evidence of other "bad acts," judges can permit such proof to show "absence of mistake or accident.""

Oh, now I get the "linky?" comment!! lol
So another POS EFFING Judge has punished a rapist by sending him to prison to life. Just kidding, work release and probation, which is in itself a joke.
And I just LOVE how he's traumatized and “will go far in this world if not defined by this one incident.” When the FORK did RAPE become an INCIDENT. Like it accidently happened to him.
No Prison For Colorado Student Who Raped ‘Helpless’ Freshman and guess what, he's white.
