How to get added to a category list

Hi There,

I was wondering how one gets their book added to a category list like this one:

My book is on public speaking and my some act of lunacy seems to be the highest rated on the topic but does not show up. I would love folks to be able to find it when searching for popular books in its category.

Shelves/Genres/Categories are crowd sourced.

As people shelve your books as various topics, it'll get added to those genres/categories.
