SOLVED. Fantasy YA: There's this disease type thing that stops people from healing, it also makes them immortal [s]

The MC gets this disease that stops you from being able to heal and makes you immortal. It makes it so that something like a papercut will hurt forever the same amount basically until you go insane. So basically, he finds out that it's some sort of magical spell that's incomplete and when it's completed it makes everyone who has it into the angelic beings.

I read it probably about 8 years or so ago. Please help T~T.
