I keep finding new series books and then I have to go back and find the first ones so that I can read in order, so I do end up reading some older books...but not really old books. I figure a book needs to be my age to be considered and old book.

Here's some information that I got from Wikipedia: Joseph Brodsky (1940-1996) was a Russian and American poet and essayist. In 1963, Brodsky's poetry was denounced by a Leningrad newspaper as "pornographic and anti-Soviet". His papers were confiscated, he was interrogated, twice put in a mental institution and then arrested. He was sentenced to five years hard labor. In 1987, he won the Nobel Prize for Literature. In 1991, Brodsky became Poet Laureate of the United States.
