Oh, you definitely should! But take your time reading it, I wouldn't speed-read it since this way the clever, ironic and sometimes hidden witty humor could be remain undetected.
Elinaly - we didn't wait - everyone liked this stop and was happy to spend an extra day or two! Plus, most of us just finished up our books too!Off to search for a picture :)

Setting out for another GREAT week!!
Yeah! I read "The Shadow of the Wind" a long time ago and didn't quite get it, but I may try to give it another chance because I'm pretty sure at the time I wasn't paying enough attention to all the details! Also, I'd like to ask for some help for the upcoming week: what can I read??
Hey Martina!I am giving this week a shot in the dark! I opted for
.Elinaly gave a great list - which is were I came up with my choices! - I am reposting it for you below.
Meow! Female Cat Shifters

Good to know. That's what gets me in trouble though. I save the books until a time when I'm not pressured for challenge reading and then... I sign up for more challenges LOL. Maybe August vacation :-)
Martina, I remember that you like to read classics, so this week (cat shifters) is probably going to be a challenge for you :)You usually don't read such genre, am I right?
I wouldn't mind if you read any book for this week, if you don't feel like reading about shifters.
Are we going to do the spell it out in any of our stops this time? I'm trying to plan my books ahead of time, in case I need to order something from the library or buy it from amazon.
Aww thanks, it would really save me even though I can try something out of my comfort zone, but I wouldn't like to try too much... I'll try one of the list and keep on with Persepolis, so in case I can pick the one I finish or prefer :) Thank you for the understanding :)

But you know I had to read shifters book for the first time because of the challenge and I really loved the book! And the genre.
So you never know what new world could you discover ;)

So did I!!!! I am really liking this book!!
A wolf is of the family Canis Lupus Canis is a genus of canids containing 9 extant species. Species of this genus are distinguished ... The generic name Canis means "dog" in Latin. The term "canine" comes from the adjective form, caninus ("of the dog"), from which the term canine tooth is also derived
Cats are from genus Felis
Felis is a genus of small and medium-sized cat species native to most of Africa and south of 60° latitude in Europe and Asia to Indochina.[1]
This genus also includes the domestic cat. The smallest Felis species is the black-footed cat with a head and body length from 38 to 42 cm (15 to 17 in). The largest is the jungle cat with a head and body length from 62 to 76 cm (24 to 30 in).[1] Felis species inhabit a wide range of different habitats, from swampland to desert, and generally hunt small rodents, birds and other small animals, depending on their local environment. The worldwide introduction of the domestic cat also made it common to urban landscapes around the globe.[citation needed]

I think we can decide on our own....if everyone is okay with that.I was thinking werewolf would be in the Dog family...
Nice overview Jamie! But yeah, I would go with Dog family aswell and I think werewolves don´t count as cat shifters.
Shy would this be difficult for you to find another book? We could stay longer in stop 2 if you need additional time.

. I really liked it! I will have to finish the series."Another book for my TBR! LOL
I finished my book Thursday but it isn't the one in the spreadshhet (changed my mind). I can update the sheet later, on phone now. I read Against the Grain, 2.5 stars
Elinaly wrote: "Oh, sorry to see that you didn't like it much, Jamie."It's part of a series and the focus was a different set of characters who were in previous books. But it just didn't make sense if that makes sense? The characters were different. It was just sort of silly. It did have humor so it wasn't all bad!
I finished my book. She is a shifter that can take many forms most of the time it's a panther. It was on a feline/cat shifter Gr book list.
Hi, sorry for not letting know, I was still trying with the book for the detour, but didn't make it :( So, I'll update the spreadsheet with the one I finished, so we can move up ahead, next detour makes me go back to the origin of what I like reading! **

I'm the same way, Elinaly. I'm not seeing anything that I want to read that's on that list. I'm open to any suggestions!
