Can't remember title of similar book

So I remember coming across this book about the hero (nick, maybe?) making a bet that he can get with the heroine, and he finds out that she has a kid.
I didn't really know where to put this so I ended up putting it under #nerd since it has the same bet storyline kinda thing. But I might be completely wrong about the storyline...
Anyway, thank you for any suggestions!
