SOLVED. NA/YA romance, girl trying to finish to-do list on a cruise [s]

I read this book around 2007, paperback. Story starts with a wedding on a cruise ship, heroine's mother and the cruise owner's wedding. Heroine was introduced to stepdad's godson, the hero. He was supposed to look after her. Not sure if they were going to the same destination, or on the same ship but the parent was not around for the most part of the book, honeymooning. Heroine has this thing about lists and have a to-do list to finish while on the cruise which include sleeping with a guy. Hero is in the room next to hers and did keep an eye on her and always around her during the trip.
