Now readingDead Heat. I am really enjoying it.

First one for the Twister! C- 3/2 Historical, author M. And I found an Aussie writing Aussie historical romance. A nice read and none of the raunchy stuff - just fluttering hearts in New England in 1902.

I liked Alafair Burke's new mystery, The Ex 4.5★s worth.
A bed-hopping lawyer is called in desperation to defend her ex on a murder charge. Nah. Not him. He's too nice . . . or is he?

Why DID I wait so long? I'm a bit concerned, though, because I understand the author's surname is really McCall Smith, and I noticed he was shelved as M, not S. ARGH!$# Maybe I have to find another one?

I'm working on my second book for this challenge - Big Little Lies by Liane Moriarty... I know the book has some great reviews, but I'm feeling a really lacklustre start - I really hope it gets better.
