That sounds interesting, Brenda! I'm not sure if we could have that book as a group read because the selection needs to be easily accessible to our group members (for example, it's available in many libraries). It looks like it's in Canadian libraries but not too many libraries in the U.S. have it. Are there other books that you are interested in nominating for the group read? :-)

Any of your suggestions look great, SJ.

I think we did read Code Name Verity some months ago.

Since February already started, I hope it's all right with all of you if I pick among your selections! I apologize for being tardy with this. Great selections, everyone! :-)

May I suggest my debut novel!
Escape into a fast‐paced adventure through war‐torn Texas, where action‐filled battles and compelling romance await. Follow a unique young woman’s journey through the dawn of revolution, fiercely motivated by love, loss, and the pursuit of freedom.
Catalyst, the first book in the Hannah Anders trilogy, shows the development of the revolution in Texas up to the brutal siege of San Antonio De Bexar in December 1835. Experience the birth of Texas through the bravery and courage of Hannah, Will, and Morgan and meet historical heroes such as James Bowie, David Crockett, Sam Houston, and Stephen F. Austin.
I would also LOVE to be involved with the discussion and answer any questions readers might have! ;)
Thanks!

Aww! I hope the snow has died down by now :-) I just requested the book (Good Fortune). Hope it comes in soon :-)
