Hey! As I know I won't be able to really read a book a day, I'm setting my goal for at least 60 (the universe is the limit) books, for now. But I'm trying to read all of the new books I have at home - over 250. So let's see how well this goes (bad really bad).

By March 19th, I had read 60 books out of 60.

I'm on vacation 'til Monday, so I'm trying to read as many books as possible for the other challenges I'm in.
I assume AJ Fikry was one of my guilty pleasures *sighs* I didn't enjoy the structure or how fast she made things go. Maybe cuz I had high expectations or cuz Literature is one of my subjects at university, but it was quite lovely, besides that. I enjoyed that it was light and fast reading, even though I was a little bit shocked with the ending. Like "how could it end LIKE THIS?!!!!". But, overall, it made me smile and laugh in some parts, so I liked it.

I was on vacation, so I was trying to read one per day. I guess it almost worked lol I'm actually finishing most of my yearly challenges 'cause of this.

I cannot decide between The Devil, Family Happiness and Animal Farm. The ones that shocked me the most were Animal Farm and Family Happiness, cuz it was my first time reading Tolstoy and George Orwell and I did not see that coming haha So, I guess these two were my favorites, so far.

I have only read Animal Farm, and I read it over a decade ago when I didn't really understand the satirical significance. I really should re-read it. I haven't read the other two, though Family Happiness has come up a few times from friends. Perhaps it's time to read them both!

Oh, me too! First time I tried to read it, I was like "what's going on?". When I figured out, I had to read everything all over again so it would make sense lol (and I was about 1/3 into the book)
It took me quite some time to finish it with the rereading, but I loved it.

When I was a kid, The 500 Hats of Bartholomew Cubbins was my favorite Dr. Seuss book. I don't think I realized that there were more books with him in it, though.
