SOLVED. YA Vampire Trilogy from '90s [s]

I'm trying to remember the name of a trilogy I read in the 90's... In one of the books, the main character is named Althea and she lives in a tower room in her family home. She wants to be popular and makes a deal w the vampire that lives in her room. I think the 2nd book featured a character named Meg? Her family had just moved into the house from the previous book, from a different town. Same story line, wants to be popular, makes a deal w the vampire. In the final book, the house has been abandoned and a group of teens break in to spend the night. I think the house ends up burning down at the end. What is it called?! It's been driving me crazy for months now!
