SOLVED. Group of Teens set home on Fire! [s]

All I can remember about this book is that a group of teens decide to set a house on fire. They each take a certain floor/ section of the house and douse it in gasoline. The friends decide that they will all set the gasoline on fire at the same time. When one of the girls exists she realizes that not everyone had made it out.
The only other thing I can remember is that a girl wakes up in a hospital and it's revealed that most of the story was just a way for her cope with the fact that all of her friends had died.
Not all of this information may be true; I only remember this from a conversation with a past friend a year ago.
