I'm looking for a book about a community where creativity is banned and the main character is found drawing (I think) and is deemed "unnecessary" (or something like that) and is sent off to this horrible place for creative people, which actually turns out as a place that encourages creativity. I also know there is a character named Aaron somewhere in there (may be main character or "perfect" brother of main character). I thought of it as a mix between Hunger Games and The Giver (if that helps at all).
