Annika (XBrightCitiesx) | 6 comments I have read to many great books not to list them all . . .so for the lacking of head aches I will list a genre; Children's Books:
•Guardians Of Ga'hoole—For the owl lovers
•Little House On The Prairie (series)—Classic childhood feminine books
•Troubles Daughter—Historical fiction (tween/teen)
•Drizzle—entertaining
•No Passengers Beyond This Point—controversial fantasy/sci-fi great for book clubs
•Nancy Drew—For the young adventurers
•Princess Academy—Fantasy (tween)
•The Island Of The Blue Dolphins—Historical Fiction
•Harry Potter
•Lord Of The Rings/Hobbit—(tween/teen)
•The Stinky Cheese Man—A twist on childhood rhymes/fairytales
•Dairy Of A Wimpy Kid—For the troublesome boys/girls (tween)
•Dork Diaries—The girl version of DWK (tween)
•White Fang—One of my personal favorites (tween/teen)
•The Adventures of Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Fin—Classic
•The Cay—Sometimes read in school (tween)
•Mary Downing Hahn's popular horror stories for kids and tweens
•A Wrinkle In Time—Adventure/Fantasy
•Holes—A wonderful book to start with
•To Kill A Mockingbird (Nelle Harper Lee)—Segregation/Historical Fiction
•Maximum Ride Series—For fandoms sake
Note there are many more books out there to read, including several I forgot and will kick myself over later, so keep searching :)

The Martian

I loved this so much, and there is so much science-y stuff that I really hope is true, and it was awesome!! Not for people who are too young for about four mentions of the F-bomb and a few other swears, as well as a few mature suggestions, so mid- to upper- teens.
