This is the last book in the box set Out of China crost the Bay, books translated from Chinese.
Twenty Fragments of a Ravenous Youth by Xiaolu Guo (4 stars)
The author wrote this book in Chinese, but 7 years later, after she moved to Great Britain, she translated it into English herself.

Just finished my third "Stellar Stella's" - the night guest. Wow. Oz has some great female authors, and this debut novel from Fiona McFarlane, indicates the future is looking very good too. A novel about old age and dementia. It's serious but not heavy. It starts slowly and builds...like old age...a very good first novel.

Thanks for hosting this great challenge

Finished 13 out of 16. If I had been more focused this quarter, I could have finished them, but I read other things instead. Don't think I'll get any others read by the end of the month.
Great challenge though! Would love to try again.

Memories of Twenties Paris
3/3 The Crack-Up by F. Scott Fitzgerald
I loved Fitzgerald's reflections on the '20s and his first impressions of New York, but the love kind of ended there.
