Stephanie, the only book I'm seeing from you is P.S. I Still Love you. Is that the one you're talking about? If you click the magnifying glass on the group map then you can search for the book title and that one is showing up with you as the submitter. Let me know if I'm missing something :)
Emm updated for: Michelle, Estelle, Ed, Amanda, and MJ.
Also: Katie (Rebecca/The Eyre Affair), Marleen. Sophie, Laura, Pauline, Kathy, Estelle, Zaz, Debra
Valerie, I didn't see an obvious location for New Town, Germany but I placed it under New Town Hall in Munich. Let me know if that was incorrect :)
Jennifer, from my research, Rass Island is based off the islands in the Chesapeake Bay so I placed the marker there.
Marleen, I added you to The Nightingale and moved the primary location to the more specific location that you mentioned. Thanks!

Adam, I couldn't find a location called Aomono Yokocho, Kanagawa, Japan so I added it to the general Kanagawa, Japan. Just tell me if you want me to change it :)
Babitix, I went ahead and put Fahrenheit 451 in LA since the US would be so broad.
Rachel, from my research Shady Creek is a fictional version of Sandy Springs, a suburb of Atlanta, GA.
Cristina, I believe the specific locations for White Oleander are Hollywood, CA and Berlin, Germany

Gold Fame CitrusAmargosa Desert, along the California/Nevada border
Laurel Canyon, Los Angeles, California
Pretty Girls by Karin Slaughter
The point can be entered at Atlanta, GA but then the location description could include the specifics:
Athens, GA
Watkinsville, GA
Dunwoody, GA
They're all areas around Atlanta so I think that general point would serve the purpose without crowding the map :)

Four: A Divergent Story Collection - ChicagoI'll Give You the Sun - Lost Cove, which seems to be in California. Not sure if it's real.
Might be a redundant add but:The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde
Takes place in London, England. Mentions the Soho neighborhood.
Wow: looks like the whole events have been mapped to specific neighborhoods of London.

I did catch that it was rather confined to specific areas of the city, but I don't know enough about London to have followed it this well.
Edit: looks like that first map I linked is flat wrong. It isn't even in Soho. Here's another (Hyde's place should be in Soho):
