I can't wait to read the "Game of Thrones" series. I have the boxed set and started book 1, but put it off because I found out that the series was not finished and the author is notorious for long waits for new installments.

Have you seen the movie The Blind Side? I watched it for the first time about a year ago, absolutely incredible story.

No, I haven't but I want to see it now. I remember when it came out and thought it looked like one of those 'deep' movies that I tend to get bored with but having read the blurb for the book it has made me rethink it!

I'll definitely check it out! I always seem to read the book of a film first which is perhaps the wrong thing to do as I'm usually left disappointed. Maybe this time I'll watch the film first and let the book flesh it out!

Just the other day a friend of mine told me about these two books called Fingerprints of the Gods and Magicians of the Gods by Graham Hancock. I'm really hoping I can get my hands on them sometime because they sound spectacular.
