Looks good Sydney
Perhaps this one was a bit of a cheat, but only one letter left now: Z
Y: Yertle the Turtle and Other Stories by Dr. Seuss
Y: Yertle the Turtle and Other Stories by Dr. Seuss

Y: Yertle the Turtle and Other Stories by Dr. Seuss"
It's a "Y" Kathy! :)

Y: Yertle the Turtle and Other Stories by Dr. Seuss"
Kathy, if you haven't read it, Zadig by Voltaire is a good one, and it's not too long.

And yes Yertle the Turtle counts. Dr Seuss is a classic category in itself :)

Z: A Novel of Zelda Fitzgerald is a novelization of Zelda's life. I read it last year and really liked it. But I'm not sure how much of it is historically correct though. But it is a Z. :)

Brina wrote: "Zorro by Isabel Allende :) I can't believe that was not the first book that came to mind. Sydney adding Zelda to my always growing TBR list."
Actually that was the first book for Z that came to my mind & I haven't read it. So it might be the one.
Although Zadig at 168 pages looks promising & I have had Z: A Novel of Zelda Fitzgerald has been on my radar. I'll let you all know which I read & if it is any good.

Thanks for mentioning this, I have a copy on my shelf, so it might be my choice for Z as well.

That just may be the one for me too! While I'd love reading about Zelda, and know I'd like anything by Isabel Allende, Zadig sounds very tempting. Thanks Duane!

So i didn't like Lucian's True History for L as it should really be just True History by Lucian, so replaced that with Lost Horizon.
Added A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court for C ignoring the A, then i realized i have A Bid for Fortune for A.
If i'm going to ignore A at the start of a title i might as well be consistent about it, so i replaced that with Adventures of Signor Gaudentio di Lucca.
I'm probably over thinking this ;) .
And finally i realized that the original title for A Connecticut Yankee was A Yankee in King Arthur's Court so i'm using it for a Y instead of a C.
It's not cheating its... redistricting :P .
So all that and i've only gained by one :) .

I'm currently reading Ulysses, so that's U covered. I might read the book about Zelda Fitzgerald for Z, but I'm open to suggestions for K, Q and X.

I feel like I've gotten away from the Classics recently, but hope to get back on track very soon. Either way, I'm happy to have found something for the letter Z.

Its on his original message... looks like Zero K by Don DeLillo .
