It's been awhile since I read it but (view spoiler)[ I'm pretty sure be did just because he thought her eating habits were unhealthy. She was really strict with what ate and how much because of criticism she got (from her father, I think?) But also being around Jill made her feel too fat in comparison. (hide spoiler)]

I believe so, yes, Sarah Jane. I don't know if she actually has a "disorder," but how she eats and they why def aren't healthy.
