Vader would count for V. Darth on the other hand is a technically a title. I would only use if for D if you have no other options.
This goes for everyone. Another example...Count Dracula. Dracula is the name, Count is the title.
Although, I did use Behemoth the Cat for letter C in the example, so I guess I will leave it all up to you.
This is after all, about reading different characters and not following super strict rules.
