Review : well...this series never fails to amaze me with the suspense and very heated romance....naturally...because it's a spy story....the characters are dealing with unsavoury threats...but lost memory aside, you get really dysfunctional family, on the edge of completely falling apart, and put that into the midst of MI5 and CIA....and you have even more craziness!
can't wait to get to the next book :)

can read a stand alone or book 2 in a series
alternate is author G
Think I'll read book 2 in a series (same series I read book 1 in for last week's challenge) but it won't be until early next week - have a few review books I have to get cracking on this weekend!

Happy Reading to all!

Ladies, right now it is just the 3 of us. We only have to read one book still. Something came up and Rhonda contacted Jenne about it. Which was the right way to handle it, when a person is able.
After a little more coffee I'll get us posted up and then choose a book. I have a few choices that I can go with and now I have to narrow it down. LOL

Always fun to choose the book to meet a challenge!

Oh so do I and I'm not as heavily involved in challenges as you are!

True - wouldn't mind a job like that. I was a stay at home mom for 12 years with ocassionally subbing. I also was a mystery shopper back then too. Working in an elementary school office, while stressful, is fun a lot of the time and I enjoy being around the kids who make it all worthwhile. I wanted to be a teacher growing up but when going to college there were no teaching jobs available - similar to now - so I became an accountant instead since I like math! LOL

Sounds like a plan. The lower numbers are always easier. Nice to have the alternates to choose from. Need a big roll one of these weeks!

Thanks Jenne - enjoy your weekend.
Will you be updating where everyone stands number wise?

Me too - don't know how many times I tried to get on since 6pm!

and I have

or I have lots of one shots too :)

I think if she is able to start now she is welcome to. But I would leave it up to her since she's the one joining. Thank you, Jenne, for the great communication you've done!

Just to make sure I'm understanding and read the right post:
We're on square 20? We can read a standalone, 2nd in series or author starting with G?
I don't mind jumping right in. I can have a book read before Thursday :)

Review: well Mary Kay Andrews is a brand new author to me! I really enjoyed this first book! It is a romance with lots of misunderstnading and humour involved. You never know which way the story is going to go...and the characters just play so well off each other.
I loved Mason and Annajane right from the start, and Mason's sister...Pauline (Pokey) added that sisterly, best friend element...it just made me fall in love with this little town.

You are correct. Jump right in. Let us know what you're planning to read - inquiring minds like to know.
Gianna is our captain and posts. I stay up til 1am and roll the dice on Friday morning and post the new roll and spot we're on along with the alternate if we've all posted our reviews by then.
If you go back to the earlier posts you'll find out a little about each of us. Feel free to tell us a little about yourself.
Welcome to our team Rene!

I would like to read Insurgent by Veronica Roth.

I live in Missouri (Central Standard Time) and I'm a night owl/vampire. That usually means I'm up till 2-3am on a good night and later on a bad night.
I will read most anything but I'm in love with romance novels. If you combine romance and paranormal (especially angels and demons), I'm in heaven! :)

Welcome Julie - sounds like a plan. Feel free to give us a little bio on yourself. You can read earlier comments for all of ours.

Rene
My son graduated from Washington University in St Louis last May - we drove there and back each August and May and flew in a few times too.
I'm also a night owl and can get by with very little sleep.
We all have such varying interests in books as you can tell by the books we've already read for this challenge.
Happy Reading!

Yes, as JoAnne pointed out, I'm captain. However, I do appreciate the support of the whole team. I'm an early riser, so it really helps JoAnne does the rolling for me. I could do it in the morning but I figured the earlier it's done the better.

Congratulations to you and you're son! What did he major in and what's his field? How long does it take to drive from Connecticut and back? Did you get in some good site seeing on the way? :)
I wish I could get by on little sleep more often. I can get by on a 4hr stint if I'm able to take a couple hr naps. Otherwise, I'm in need of 9 hrs :(
I love meeting people with different reading interests. I tend to binge on a genre and then cycle through to the next. Challenges help me to not stay in one genre for too long!
Happy Reading to you too!
