No worries, I've been about the same speed. Just one or two chapters ahead of you. Trying to imagine the voice, lol, I can picture your surprise.

agreed, I'm on the same pace right now. squeezing in buddy reads in between. I tried the audiobook but feel I'm not quite as engaged nor understanding as much of the story. physical/kindle book personally is the best way for me

So relatable though, I'm always reading multiple books at a time so I'm confused which one to read and then sometimes I just get into a reading slum.
Yes yes same here! Or sometimes I can’t figure out which one I’d like to start next/ wondering why I’m not finishing a book quickly. Then realize it’s a 500+ page book…

right!! I'm sadly only at page 100 at the moment, but because I'm juggling other reads right nowI told myself at least 50 pages everyday to get through. it's so nice because everytime I pick it up I don't want to stop, BUT it's my eyes telling me I need to close them that stops me
I think I'm at about page 90 or so! And yeah, agreed, I'm exhausted after a long day... If only everyday could be a holiday!
I'm going to continue with it tomorrow!
Today is reading day, so I’m hoping to get thought 100 or so pages!
Trying to finish this book by the end of this month but we shall see

update I have no picked up this book recently, but really dedicating myself to read or attempt to finish by the end of this week so I don't continue to prolong reading it
My update: I have picked up the book occasionally but have only managed to get to page 113I'm going to try and finish it by Sunday too
I think I'm around that same page (110 or so)

going to attempt 50 pages a day (before bed) but lets see how this goes

yes!! so many names and the different languages to keep track of, I found myself rereading certain parts. but I feel like it's better to keep reading then the characters that are more important will continue to pop up

I feel the same way ugh :( I feel bad forgetting about it because it really was a good book!! I wish it wasn't so hefty... but I also don't feel the urge or desire to continue again...
I don't know how beneficial it is to keep postponing? unless we continue next month? but that's in a week (& not sure if my mood would change then ) lol
